Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering

Material Characterization Laboratory (MCL) is located at Block J2.1, Faculty of Engineering. The laboratory is a testing laboratory that specializes in physical and chemical characterization. On 19 May 2015, this lab has been accredited with MS ISO/IEC 17025 (SAMM No. 711) for two analytical services under the cluster of chemical and physical. Two instruments were certified in this accreditation, namely the Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS).
