Quality Assurance Management
Function and Responsibilities
The function and responsibility of Quality Assurance Unit is to provide services related to management of the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), which is based on the MS ISO 9001:2008 certification used in Faculty of Engineering. It includes:
â—¦To manage the production and distribution of the QMS documents.
â—¦To provide advice and explanation to all Faculty staff on how to implement the QMS Putra3Q through courses, training, and announcements in accordance with the Procedures and Guidelines.
â—¦To monitor and review implementation status of the QMS through Internal audit, self audit, customer feedbacks, etc.
â—¦To analyze the results of revision on the implementation status of The QMS and recommend to the Faculty management about corrective action and the actions to be taken to improve the QMS.
